T-Bar Cornice light (glass)
The T-Bar is a double cornice light with a silver finish and glass shades. It's designed to be installed on top of cupboards and wardrobes, either for general ambient lighting or specifically seeing the contents of the cupboard.
This fitting is supplied with 2 x 10w Halogen G4 lamps. This fitting requires a transformer to suit the number of lamps that you intend to use. Multiple fittings can be run from the same transformer, the limit depends on the total wattage that you need to power. See the related products tab above for the range of lamps and transformers.
The glass shades are attached by a spring clip. If you need to remove them they simply pull off, there is no need to twist, as there is no screw thread.
Note: The plastic AMP power connector, is supplied detached from the cable on the fitting. This is to allow easier installation where the cable needs to be threaded through small diameter holes, where the AMP connector wouldn't fit.
The connector is easily attached to the ends of the cables, by simply pushing the prepares cable ends into the connector. one attached the AMP connector can not be removed from the cable. The connector and mounting screws are supplied in a small pack with the fitting. Take care not to loose this connector in the discarded packaging.
