28w Halogen GLS (ES, 28w, Frosted)

This 28w frosted, halosaver halogen bulb with a screw cap is a direct replacement for a standard 40w bulb. It's the same size and produces the same amount of light. It's also 100% dimmable just like a regular light bulb. The only difference is that it will use 30% less power.

The range includes frosted and clear finishes with screw and bayonet caps.

As per EU regulations introduced in 2009, frosted lamps like this one are no longer allowed to be manufactured in, or imported into the EU. Once the current stock at wholesalers and retailers is used up, no more will be available.

HaloSaver - halogen energy saving technology

HaloSaver is a new range of lamps which offers the versatility of traditional halogen lamps, with the advantages of energy savings. Offering 30% energy savings compared with 'normal' bulbs, this lamp will reduce your energy costs.
