This low-profile J-Series dimmable 8w LED downlight produces 800lm of light in a 4000K (cool white) colour temperature.
These low-profile LED downlights are fire rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes, Air Tightness compliant with Part C and Part L and Resistance to Sound compliant with Part E. The range contains various options including warm white and cool white colour temperatures, and dimmable or non-dimmable options are available. These downlights are IP65 rated and designed to offer the safety and quality of other Fire Rated Downlights but with a lower price-tag.
As LED products produced using new technologies are used with old dimmer technology, achieving effective and smooth dimming can be challenging. For the dimmable products in this range, Integral have tested and recommend Varilight V-Pro dimmers.
Integral LED are continuously improving the energy efficiency of their products as technology develops. Newer revisions of some LED products may have small variations in the wattage, but other specifications such as model number, colour temperature and lumen output (brightness) remain the same.
As LED products produced using new technologies are used with old dimmer technology, achieving effective and smooth dimming can be challenging. For this dimmable lamp Integral LED have tested, and recommend Varilight V-Pro dimmers. Other dimmers designed for use with LED lights may also work, but dimmers designed for halogen lights must not be used as this could damage the light bulbs and / or the incompatible dimmer module.
