This is a decorative bulb with 20 anchor points for the filament inside the bulb. It is not a low energy bulb and is normally used for decorative purposes.
It can be used with a lamp shade but looks great just on its own.
These ST64 lamps are sometimes described Vintage Style Rustika, Retro Filament Lamps, Heritage Bulb, Squirrel Cage, Decorative, Pear shaped lamps, or Firelight.
