This is a Linear halogen tube bulb is 110v and therefore not suitable for use on standard mains voltage fittings. This lamp is designed for use on building sites.
As with all linear halogen lamps, while installing the lamp it's important not to touch the glass part of the lamp with bare skin as the natural oils from your skin can cause the lamp to fail prematurely. If you do touch the lamp, then you should use alcohol to remove the oils from the glass.
Clearance products are products that have previously been available at full price either from us or direct from our suppliers, but the particular range or product is now being discontinued or is overstocked. This means that they are being sold at a discounted rate but stocks are limited and once they have gone there may be no more available.
They are therefore brand new products available at ridiculously reduced prices and should not be confused with B-Grade stock, which is products that are cosmetically damaged, or ex-demo products etc.
