This is Westinghouse part no. 77215.

This stately, traditional brushed nickel finish trophy pull chain makes a handsome addition to classic decors. The slightly tapered, cylindrical handle, topped with carved detail ridging, is fixed to the end of a 30,5 cm beaded chain. An ideal replacement for broken pull chains and a perfect decorative accent for any existing ceiling fan.

Easily attaches to existing pull chain, no prior electrical knowledge required for installation, universal size and shape compatible with many fans.
