This is Saxby part no. 72725.

This painted silver flexible track connector accessory is compatible with the Saxby range of 240v single circuit track lighting. Ideal if you want your track installation to bend to a bespoke angle between two lengths of track. It also maintains the 240v electrical supply along each track (live connectors are available separately).
