The reason cheap cushion inserts go flat is grade of the fill. Standard hollow fibre has no crimp structure, so it compresses under weight and stays flat. These cushion inserts use Virgin Conjugated Hollowfibre: each fibre is manufactured with a spiral crimp in it, so when the pad is sat on or handled, the crimp pushes back and springs back to it's original shape. That's what's still happening month after month, not just on the day of delivery.

The the spiral crimp structure of the filling fibres resists the tendency to migrate toward the centre of the pad, which is the failure mode that makes corners look deflated. The non-woven corovin outer holds the fill distribution consistently and won't fray or shed fibres into cushion cover fabrics.
