The defining feature of the Portia light shade is its intersecting arcs and sharp triangular panes to create a dynamic "shattered" geometric effect. The warm honey and amber tones of the glass create a sunset-like radiance, while the creamy ivory accents ensure the light remains bright and functional.

All Tiffany style lighting is hand made. Initially a large rectangular piece glass is manufactured (1200mm x 600mm). From this the smaller glass is cut to shape. Each glass is then laid into a mould and soldered. Due to this manufacturing process there could be colour variants from glass to glass, making each piece unique.
