This is Varilight part no. GP250S.

The V-Plus intelligent dimmer series is for dimming mains voltage Halogen lights or low voltage Halogen lights with a suitable dimmable electronic transformer.

Each dimmer module will control up to 400 watts of mains voltage halogen lighting, or 75% of this for low voltage halogen lighting.
