This is Leyton Lighting part no. FXIPRGB-CT.

Flexible, LED tape optionally supplied with 1.5m 6-core, input power cable. LED tapes are also known as LED strips.

This is a bespoke, made to measure product. The manufacturer will cut the tape to your required length, and solder the cable to the LED tape for a solid and reliable connection.

You will also need a suitable colour controller, and power supply.

This tape can be used a stand-alone product as it's self-adhesive backing makes it simple to install. It could also be installed into an aluminium profile for a high quality installation, with additional diffusion.
