This retro-fit, non dimmable, LED G4 lamp from Integral LED delivers a warm white light with brightness similar to a 25w filament incandescent bulb.
If you are replacing halogen G4s with new LEDs you must check that your fitting and/or driver are LED compatible. As these LEDs are very low wattage you may not meet the minimum load of your old halogen transformer and it will cause the LEDs G4s not to function correctly or at all. You may also need to replace old halogen transformers with new LED drivers.
This non dimmable capsule lamp is highly efficient compared to the halogen lamps they are designed to replace. It offers a lifetime of thousands of hours more than their halogen equivalents. This makes them an ideal retrofit for existing G4 fittings.
Integral LED are continuously improving the energy efficiency of their products as technology develops. Newer revisions of some LED products may have small variations in the wattage and lumen output, but other specifications such as model number and colour temperature remain the same.
This 1.5w lamp can be installed in the Baix range of lights, but the slightly longer length makes it a tricky installation. The yellow LED part of the lamp is at risk if it bends during installation.
This product requires a suitable LED driver to operate. Using a halogen transformer with LED lamps is not advised and may cause damage to the LED.
