LED MR16 bulb at just 2.5w this bulb can save a huge amount of energy compared to a 50w halogen bulb.

This is the first bulb of this type that is a suitable replacement for general use - buy one and try it, we think you'll be surprised!

These lamps are not suitable for use in dimmer circuits. This might also include some electronic 'soft start' switches. Please ensure that you use these lamps with a regular on/off switch only.

Colour variation of LED bulbs manufactured by tp24

tp24 have recently (January 2012) contacted us to explain that the colour temperature of their LED lamps might vary between different batches. This means that some lamps may be a wamer (more yellow) or cooler (more white/blue) white than others, and any replacements whether purchased or provided free of charge under their two year guarantee may vary in colour from any previous bulb.

tp24 told us that: “we as the manufacturer will only replace the lamps due to failure and will not replace lamps due to a variance in the colour the LED lamps are sold at a very competitive price and are suitable for domestic use but due to our manufacturing process we will not guarantee that the exact colour will be replicated in every batch manufactured and supplied and as such we will under no circumstances replace lamps because of a perceived colour variance in the batches. Also please be aware that LED lamps over time will vary in colour as do any lamps.

We do of course make every endeavour to ensure that there is as little variance as possible in all batches manufactured.”
