The Quartz-4CT 7w LED downlight from Leyton Lighting/ELD Leading Lighting allows you to have 8 product variations in one box. This dimmable, colour changing, fire rated downlight uses push fit terminals for quick and easy installation. Supplied with two bezels, white & brushed nickel, other colours are available to suit your interior (sold separately). Comes supplied with a separate, dimmable LED driver.

As LED products produced using new technologies are used with old dimmer technology, achieving effective and smooth dimming can be challenging. For this dimmable lamp Leyton Lighting have tested, and recommend Varilight V-Pro dimmers. Other dimmers designed for use with LED lights may also work, but dimmers designed for halogen lights must not be used as this could damage the light and/or the incompatible dimmer module. Additionally, if a dimmer other than a Varilight V-Pro is used, no guarantee will apply. Always consult the instructions for your dimmer - if in any doubt use the recommended dimmer from Varilight.

Selectable colour temperature The colour can be changed using a switch on the back of the downlight. This is perfect for new builds, retrofits, electricians and builders who are installing downlights in a home where the colour preference is unknown or undecided and can be changed at a later date by the end user.

• Warm white setting is 2700K and produces 550 lumen
• Warm white setting is 3000K and produces 600 lumen
• Cool white setting is 4000K and produces 700 lumen (the manufacturer describes this as 'neutral white')
• Daylight setting is 6500K and produces 650 lumen (the manufacturer describes this as 'cool white')

Quartz downlights come with a three year manufacturer warranty. To qualify for this extended guarantee the products must be installed by a qualified electrician and used according to the manufacturers guidelines. You may be asked to provide proof of this in the event of a claim.
