This is Leyton Lighting part no. GR-JENA-4K.

This round recessed stainless steel light has an integrated low energy 0.6w 50lm LED. This light fitting is designed for installation in to a floor, but can also be installed as an IP67 recessed downlight under kitchen or bathroom cabinets to light work surfaces, but it can be used anywhere that a light is required. It's not really bright enough for general room lighting, but would be great for effect or background lighting, or for lighting a specific area, such as a kitchen work surface, plinth lighting, or outdoor decking lights. The Jena light is IP67 rated and 316 marine grade stainless steel making it suitable for coastal locations.
